The Health Lodge needed a video that would clearly explain to potential customers the process of getting treament at their clinic. They found that there was an entry barrier for customers not knowing the process of getting treatment, and needed an easy way for customers to see the process. This would save time verbally explaining to customers on the phone and would encourage other customers to start the process of treatment.
